All markdowns are not eligible for refunds. Size exchanges can be made if stock is available.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your order, and it has not been washed, altered, or damaged; it can be returned for a full refund, less the processing and restocking fee, within 21 days of receipt. If you have any recommendations or comments, we welcome your feedback and encourage you to contact us at help@quakermarine.com. 

Holiday Return Window

All items purchased between 11/15 and 12/25 may be returned until 1/21.

To return an item please follow the directions below:

1. Go to our Quaker Marine Return Center to begin the return process. Please enter your order number and zip code associated with your order and click "Start Your Return". Once you have accessed the Return Center, please select the item(s) you wish to return along with the corresponding reason(s) for the return. A refund estimate will then be provided to you.

2. Once you have verified the items for return, you will be able to print out your USPS return label. All return orders will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail. Before packing up your return, please ensure all original tags are attached. Please print your return label and affix to your parcel to be dropped off at your nearest USPS location. Please note a small processing fee will be deducted from your original purchase amount.  

3. A refund will be issued once your return has been received and accepted back into our inventory. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return. At that time your refund will be initiated to your account. Please note that all original shipment fees – if any – are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.

If you would like to ship your return back yourself and not through our generated return label system, please contact us.

Exchanges

Please follow the above directions from our return policy to exchange one or more items from your order for another size. To exchange one item for a different item, please contact help@quakermarine.com

Once your exchange order is received at our offices we will follow up with an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation will include an invoice for the exchange order shipment fee. All exchange orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 business days for your exchange order to process for shipment.

If there is a price difference in the item(s) for exchange a partial refund to the original form of payment or request for payment will be issued to the customer.

When your exchange order is ready to ship we will e-mail the address provided on the original order with your tracking confirmation. Your order will be sent to the original shipping address on file unless otherwise requested on the customer's behalf. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking confirmation to update.

Any Comments posted or sent to the Site shall be and will remain the exclusive property of Quaker Marine. Quaker Marine shall have all rights to use, reproduce, publish, distribute and otherwise disclose such Comments for any purpose without restriction without providing any compensation to you.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

We make every effort to present the most recent, accurate, and reliable information on our products at all times. However, occasionally there may be information on the products that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or any other error in pricing information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price.

This Site may be accessed from countries other than the United States. This Site may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of the United States. Any such references do not imply that such products will be made available outside the United States. If you access and use this Site outside the United States you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.
